2. Collection of KYC & Identity Documentation

Under Indian Motor Vehicles Act guidelines and commercial vehicle leasing standards, we collect:

  • Full legal name, phone number, email address, and residential address.
  • Scanned copies of your Government photo identity (Aadhaar Card with masked UIDAI compliance).
  • Scanned copies of your valid Driving Licence and PAN Card for tax compliance.
  • A verification photograph (selfie) holding the physical driving licence to prevent fraud and identity theft.

3. Fleet Telematics & GPS Tracking

For fleet security, insurance coverage, and passenger safety, all Gadi Self Drive vehicles are fitted with certified telematic devices that record real-time GPS coordinates, vehicle speed, odometer readings, and engine diagnostics. This telemetry data is strictly utilized for safety monitoring, FASTag toll accounting, breakdown location assistance, and anti-theft tracking.

4. Payment Security & Encryption

Gadi Self Drive does not store credit/debit card numbers or bank account passwords on our servers. All financial transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways featuring 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertising brokerages or third-party telemarketers. Information is shared only with verified statutory authorities or law enforcement agencies when mandated by court subpoena or traffic investigation.
